All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package has been handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers across the United States and select international locations. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact our support team before placing your order.

At this time, bsclothingonline.com does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses. We strongly recommend providing a physical residential or commercial address to avoid delivery delays or lost packages.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order, the destination address, and the shipping method you select. Any applicable promotions or free shipping offers will be reflected in your cart before payment.

4. Order Tracking

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

bsclothingonline.com takes great care in packaging your items, but we cannot control what happens after the carrier takes possession of your shipment.

  • Lost or stolen packages: Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure location or using an address with reliable delivery confirmation.
  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will review each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

8. Undeliverable Packages

In some cases, a package may be returned to bsclothingonline.com due to:

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of the package by the recipient
  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us for any of the above reasons, we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the order reshipped (at your cost) or receive a refund for the product cost minus original shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
